Notification of application for visiting ‘Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2023’

Participants who wish to apply for ‘Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2023’ should submit the attached application form to the secretariat after filling it out.
 

□ Application Guidance

* Application Period : (Fri.), 15th September, 2023 ~ (Fri.), 13th October, 2023
※ Application for Seoul ADEX 2023 will be on a first-come, first-served basis for a limited number of attendees, so it may close early.

* Date of Visit : (Sun.) 22nd October, 2023
※ The detailed schedule for attending Seoul ADEX 2023 will be announced individually after the application period ends and the final number of attendees is confirmed.

* The Cost of Participation Fee : Free
※ There will be support for transportation and admission fees. However, meals during the visiting will not be provided.

* How to Apply : Submit the attached application form to the secretariat (cimusetseoul2023@hancompany.co.kr) after filling it out. 


□ Precautions for application

* Please be aware that attendees of Seoul ADEX 2023 will receive support for transportation and admission fees. However, meals during the event will not be provided, so please plan accordingly. (A Food Zone, featuring a food truck, convenience store and cafe, will be established within the Seoul ADEX 2023 venue.)

* All fields in the application form must be entered for the issuance of a pass. Please be aware that the pass cannot be issued if there are empty fields in the application form.

* Pre-Training Workshop participants (recipients of grant 2) cannot apply due to overlapping schedules.
*The opportunity to apply for ADEX 2023 visit is only available to those who have completed on-site conference registration.
