    There will be NO EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION
    for this year's Conference.

※ There is no registration fee for online participants. However, advanced registration is mandatory.

※ Grant2 recipients are eligible for registration fee exemption and will be subject to registration fee waiver after registration. Please refrain from making registration fee payments during the registration process.

※ The Registration for the 50th Conference of CIMUSET Seoul 2023 is only available on the website.

※ There will be no registration available on the conference day.

※ Regardless of whether they are companions of speakers or regular participants, only those who have completed online registration will be able to participate in the entire conference program.

Costs included in the Registration Fee

  • Participation in all events between October 23 and 27.
  • Lunch, coffee & tea (twice a day), and 2 dinners during the Conference period from October 23 to 25.
  • Expenses related with the field trip, 2 lunches, and 1 dinner between October 26 and 27.
  • Expenses related with the pre-field trip (ADEX 2023) / * Advanced application is required.
  • Conference souvenir(s) and information package.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for Cancellation to be valid must be submitted via email
  • All refunds will be made after the conference for any reasons
  • All Cancellation and Refund will be processed according to the following policy

Cancellation Policy

  • ~ 23.8.28 : 100% refund of paid registration fee
  • 23.8.29 ~ 9.22 : 50% refund of paid registration fee
  • 23.9.23 ~ : No Refund
